The batching plant has been also featured with digital microwave moisture sensors to measure moisture content of sand, aggregates and mixed concrete. The italian make skada software system which is fully automatic operating system can control in real time, analyse and compensate for hygrometric variations in raw materials and guarantee both “constancy” of the water cement ratio and “workability” of the mixed concrete.
