Reaction Vessels

Reaction vessel and mixing vessel with agitator is requirement in number of processing operations. Both heat and mass transfer are greatly influenced by agitation of mixing.
Process conditions range from -5 to 150 deg C, from pH 1 to pH 15 and operating at 1kg to 10kg pressure, the vessel design was enhanced for 5,000 cycles. In the various stages of production, the service of the vessels involve dissolving and reacting raw materials and crystallising final product.

The selection of Thermo , Fluoro plastic liner and resin system required careful investigation to ensure that the resin system was suitable for the thermal shock. GRACE ™ [RANGOLI] worked very closely with the customer’s engineers providing them with test data to substantiate their selection of materials.

These vessels will be Manufacturing & Fabrication with material of construction like FRP (FRB, FRVE, FRSVE.) and Dual laminate like PP/FRP, PPH/FRP, PVC/FRP, CPVC/FRP, PVDF/FRP, FEP/FRP & PFA/FRP.
