Re Babbitting White Metal Lining of Bearings & Assemblies with Centrifugal Casting and Gravity casting methods.

Manufacturing and Rebabbiting:- White Metal Lined Bush Bearing and Thrust Pad. 
•    Marine, Auto and  stationary diesel engines and other reciprocating assemblies like pump, compressors Bearing shells, bushes and thrust rings, solid or in steel / white metal (Babbitt), steel / Aluminium alloy or trimetallic (steel / bronze / white Metal) for crank shafts, connecting rods, shafts, spindle, etc.
Crosshead guide pads and  thrust pads

Ball or bar tube mills, Trunion bearings, Pedestal bearings for the drive pinion shaft of mills or kilns , Eccentric assembly bush for crushers in steel / white metal (internal and external).

We are practicing following process for white metal lining-
StanbabbiCast:  Gravity Casting up to 2000 kg White Metal in single cast.
StanbabbiCent:  Centrifugal Casting for Bush bearings and Pads.
White Metal Sintering: For odd construction Components.
Babbitting and  Testing as per ISO and ASTM Standard. Fully machined and finished as per required constructions, design and tolerances. The white metal used confirms to IS-25, ASTM and JIS standards
