raw milk price at chilling center gate rs 38.12 for 6.5% fat and 9.0% snf
rates are calculated on double access basis 52:48 between fat : snf for upto 6.8% of fat
beyond 6.9% of fat rates are single access basis 100:0 between fat : snf, with minimum snf 8 % required
price of rs 38.12 includes components (basic rate + incentive to farmer + incentive to sachiv + primary transport + chilling charges + bmc labor)
after this client have to bear only the transport between our chilling center near meeruth to your processing plant gate.
