Contact SupplierIngredients : 180g UTC Active ® Macaroni, 100g Green Peas (Boiled), 50g Beans (Finely Chopped & Boiled), 250g tomatoes (Chopped), 100g Paneer (Grated), 1/4 tsp. Pepper Powder, 1/4 tsp. Chili Powder, 50m1 Oil, 1 tea spoon. Ginger garlic paste, 1 bunch mint leaves (Chopped finely), 1 Bunch Coriander leaves (Chopped finely), 200g Tomato Sauce to taste.
Method : Boil water (for 1 cup macaroni 5 cups water). Add UTC Active macaroni 1h p salt, 1 tea spoon oil. After macaroni ¡s cooked, remove from flame, strain and run cold mater through ¡t and keep aside, Heat oil in pan, add ginger garlic paste and sauce for 1 minute. Add tomatoes and fry oil separates . add peas, boiled vegetables, pepper powder, chilli powder, sugar, salt, mint leaves and mix well, add tomato sauce and cook for 2 minutes, add bowl mater (1 cup) and simmer till you get the required consistency. Lastly add macaroni and half the quantity of paneer. Mix well and garnish with remaining paneer and coriander leaves and serve hot.
