Contact SupplierOur Rassa Masala is a dark-roasted aromatic blend of spices. How to use: Matki Sabji 250gm soaked, sprouted Matki 1 onion chopped, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tomato finely chopped. Heat oil in kadai & add ginger n garlic paste, add onions, and tomatoes & saute. Add pressure-cooked Matki, and mix well. Add our Rassa Masala 1 tbsp and salt to taste. Add 2 tbsp for non veg preparation like egg, chicken or mutton curry.
