Rail Cutting Machine

Introduction: - gasoline powered abrasive rail cutter is an efficient machine in the hands of permanent way inspector, which facilitates him with an easy cutting method while cutting different types of rails. The machine requires the need of only one semi man as it is fitted with a strong engine for cutting operation and is also light in weight the light weight of machine enables it to get carried away from one place to another at different sites in no time thus lowering the fatigue level of gang man. The machine has an efficiency to cut 50 cuts per day in 60k.g 90uts rails. The fuel consumption be performed in one litre of fuel. Time taken for cutting a piece in strong rails is only 4 minutes.
power unit: - the prime mover is a strong petrol run engine, ntp conditions. The engine is completed with a pulling chord for recoil reaction start and it is air-cooled.
fixture clamp:- the fixture clamp comprise of a casted with a tightening screw which itself grips straight and precise cut on any type of rail section.
Swinging arm: - the engine is mounted on a swinging arm, which takes support over the fixture clamp. The swinging arm has needles & ball the rail from both sides at any angle without disturbing the fixture. The engine pulley provides the rotational motion to the driver pulley of cutter on which the cutting disc is pre the help of a v-belt. A protection cover is also provided on the front panel to protect the operator.
