Blending
Production begins with exacting blend formulations of the best compounds available, ensuring that we consistently achieve our desired physical properties.
Extrusion
Single- and twin-screw extruders have a wide-ranging capability of standard 1/2' to 12' diameters and custom extrusions for the production of pipe, duct, angle, solid rounds, hexes, squares, and heavy-wall tubing. Constant supervision and on-line quality testing ensure consistent quality throughout each production run.
Incepted in the year 1989, HYDRO PIPES is counted for offering top class quality PVC Pipes, PVC Fittings and PLASTIC TANKS. The company started under the proficient headship of Mrs. ALLI RANI lead partner, who has 25 years of voluminous experience behind her in this domain. We currently deal in India but we further wish to expand our business in the international sphere as well.
FACILITY:
Our facility is located in steel plant road sale, with the following machinery details.
1) 63mm extruder with a 20hp motor along with a AC drive, four zone heaters of 5000 watts with an electrical panel board, a worm wheel gear and die sets.
2) One cooling water tank made of stainless steel along with one 1hp water pump and one 1hp kirloskar vacuum pump
3) One take up Hual off
4) One Cutting machine with 12” balde
5) One High speed mixer with 20 hp motor and AC drive along with Alarm.
6) One triple blade Scrap grinder along with 10 hp motor with starter.
The facility also has 50 hp of EB power.
Production capacity – 10 Tons per Month, planned to expand upto 30 tons per month please refer the attached project report for further clarification.
