PVC is of several qualities and ranges, but for PVC match quality balls we basically use under gloss pvc or self design pvc, this pvc is more thicker than normal pvc, the thickness is around 1.4mm to 1.6mm. 1.4mm to 1.6mm Under gloss pvc Upper, 4 Ply Cross Laminated Polyester Spun Linings, Laminated with Natural Latx, machine laminated, latex processed for fungus/bacteria free, 32 panels traditional construction, High retention air bladder/ballon is used, Official weight of 440-450gms, and officially diameter of ball is cms, 9ply thread of most superior quality made of nylon is used for stitching, envoirnment friendly, azzo free inks are used for printing, stitching is done by experienced stitchers having years of experience in this field.
