We manufacture and export Wires & Cables, which are insulated with a Flame Retardant (FR) PVC compound, specially formulated and made in house. This FR PVC compounds contain high insulation resistance, dielectric strength, oxygen and temperature index, which help in retracting the spread of fire, insulation is used over the conductor by the process of dual extrusion using state-of-the-art extrusion lines. The outer skin determine the colour identification whereas, inner layer is pure insulation and provide extra protection. Our range of Electrical Wire is subjected to high voltage spark testing to make sure that there are no weak sports in the insulation.
These ISI marked Electrical PVC Insulated Wires meet the requirements of IS 694: 1900. These additionally offer flame Retardant (FR) properties. This means extra protection against electrical shocks, short circuits and fires. Our Wires and Cables are available in various colours such as Red, Yellow, Blue, Black and Green (for earthing). Highly durable Industrial Insulated Wires are also available standards length like 90 meter & also supplied in 180/270 meter lengths at very nominal prices.
