Conductors: The process involves drawing of thin conductors from bright electrolytic grade copper rods (99.9% pure) and annealed conductors are bunched together.
Insulations: Specially formulated grade of FRPVC compound is capable of with standing higher conductor temperatures. Continuous rating of 105°C and intermittent rating of 125°C enables the cable to be overload without endangering safety. The insulation is resistant to boiling water , stream and vapours to prevent aging and cracking in practical usage in kitchens, bathrooms, damp walls, chemical industries etc.
Quality Control: FRPVC insulated copper conductor (unheated) wire and cables are manufactured in sizes from 0.50 to 16 sq.mm. in single core. High quality standards are in-built in Minimax Cables. Strict quality control at every stage from raw material, production and finely at finish products ensure that the Minimax cables meet National & International standards. The cables are confirm to ISI standards which offers complete safety and protection against electrical shocks, short circuits and fires.
