The process involves drawing of thin conductors from bright electrolytic grade copper rods (99.9% pure) and annealed conductors are bunched together.Specially formulated grade of FRPVC compound is capable of with standing higher conductor temperatures. Continuous rating of 105°C and intermittent rating of 125°C enables the cable to be overload without endangering safety. The insulation is resistant to boiling water , stream and vapours to prevent aging and cracking in practical usage in kitchens, bathrooms, damp walls, chemical industries etc.
