Sharda brand factory made door frame of size 100x50mm made by using 5mm sheet to wrap M.S.tube of size 20x40mm in all four side. Sheet is grooved and heat bent with 90o to cover the M.S.Tube inside,in all four side with rubber adhesive and solvent cement. M.S.Tube is covered in all four side by 5mm wall thickness sheet to form a rectangle of size 100x30 divided in two part by Sheet bidding. Rectangle of size 100x30 having M.S.Tube inside is covered with 5mm heat bend colored sheet to cover the front of rectangle in all three side. Thus total wall thickness of Door Frame in front side is10mm.
