The doors are made by fusing the stiles, rails and other joints using PVC solvent cement to ensure completely water-proof sealed joints which are permanent. This ensures that Sharma Unique Products PVC Door are not plagued with the commonly associated problems like sagging, poor screw holding strength etc. of presently available PVC Doors.

Sharda brand factory made 30mm thick “FLUSH DOOR” consisting of solid core double sheet leaf composite flush door with 5mm sheet of both faces (Front & Back). Flush door reinforce with welded M.S.Tube Frame of 22 guage M.S.Pipe (size-20 mm x 20mm) and lipped with 15 mm thick and 20mm wide sheet baton (made by sticking 3 sheet with
solvent cement) on all four sides. Waterproof, Termite proof and fire retardant sheets are used on both faces. Sheet baton of 10mm thickness and 20mm width are reinforced in whole inside areas with a certain gape insert as per direction of engineer in charge and buyers specification. All easily available hardware can be fitted on the door.
