Vectus uPVC(Unplasticized polyvinyl chloride) column pipes are the modified version of conventional PVC piping system, no plasticizers are added, which makes it incredibly strong, stiff in nature. It undergoes stringent testing under critical field conditions to meet or exceed the mentioned load bearing capacity. Vectus uPVC column pipes are best for Submersible pumps and offer many advantages like light weight, leak proof joints along with cost effectiveness. uPVC column pipe has high tensile load capacity which makes it perfect for underground operations as it can bear much forces than regular PVC pipes. In addition, Vectus uPVC pipes are designed to be more rigid and stiffer resulting in more durable life & resistance to structural failure unlike other branded uPVC pipe systems or regular PVC pipes. These pipes are available in 25 to 100 mm ( 1"" to 4"") in different classes.
Vectus uPVC are specifically designed column pipes and comes with an unique threaded coupler crafted on specalized CNC machine at one end of it, which not only provide ease of working with them but ensures leak proof joint & absorbe vibration caused during its operation. It increases the overall performace and life span of the pipes along with the system installed.
Application:
• Submersible and used with jet pumps for irrigation, domestic, industrial mining, distribution of chemicals.
• Advantage over conventional piping systems like MS, GI, HDPE and SS Pipes, as it can withstand high impact flow, high pressure and reduces vibration caused.
