TYPE : Cold, starting cylinder vertical water cooled totally enclosed, compression, ignition, four stroke cycle engine.
BEARINGS : Main Bearings are tapper roller 32211 large end bearings are aluminum tin lined steed banked shall bushes for valve rocker camshaft small end of connecting rod are of phosphorus bronze.
ROTATION : The standard ratation is clockwise facing the fly wheel.
COMBUSTION : The open type combustion chamber is an aluminum alloy piston in combination with a long stem, multi - hole nozzle, it assists in low fuel consumption and easy starting.
FUEL SYSTEM : Fuel is supplied to the pump by gravity feed through a ceramic filter in fuel tank and a fabric filter. A button filter is also provided at the inlet of nozzle hoder.
LUBRICATION SYSTEM : Force feed by plunger type oil pump to large end. Extension shaft bearing and other warking parts are lubricated. Filter is provided for cleaning the engine oil.
GEARS & DRIVES : Standard Engine is fitted with best quality cast iron timing gear. Power take offis possible only from fly wheel end. Special Engine is fitted with steel timing gear providing additional power take of form gear and at half or full speed of full speed of the engin.
GOVERNING : Fixed speed centrifugal governor is mounted on the cam shaft gear wheel. speed variation is controlled within limits to comply with lndra Standard No. 1210: 1950.
COOLING : Engine cooling is arranged for run through water supply as well as for radiator or cooling tank or with a cooling fan in Air cooled engines.
EXHAUST SYSTEM : A paper pot type Silencer gives adequate silencing.
STARTING : The engine is designed for staring by hand or optionl self start.
BALANCING : Engine is efficiently balanced with two balance wights bolted on crank shaft. Fly wheel is balanced to gives mooth operation and ensures long life of wearing parts.
CYLINDER HEAR : Cast lron detachable type heavily finned to provide adequate between parts.
AIR CLEANER : Oil Washed type or FRITZ paper felt air cleaner is feed for efficient cleaning.
STANDARD ACCESSORIES : Staring Handle, exhaust silencer,m air fuel tank, set of spanners and screw drivers.

The engine efficiency & fuel consumption is better if the water outlet tempere is maintained between 50 to 70 0C
All the Engines above 12 H.P. are Bush Bearing Type Engines.
Do not mix cerocin oil in diesel to run your engine.
Please run the engine of specified temperature.
Use branded mobile oil only.
