Storage and distribution system is required to store and distribute PW and WFI water to various user points and in a closed loop system. Distribution system is used in Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Food industries.

• Purified water and WFI storage tanks is designed and manufactured as per cGMP or ASME SEC VIII DIV 1 standard.
• Storage tank can be plain, steam jacketed, electrically heated, Limpetted tanks which are provided with Rockwool / Glasswool with AISI SS304 cladding.
• PW /WFI tanks are provided with necessary accessories.
• Fully drainable and required flow sanitary pumps are sleceted in order to achieve the return line velocity of 1.2m/sec.
• Distribution skid is provided with necessary pumps, instruments like Flow, Conductivity and TOC count and UV disinfectant system and PLC based control panel.

• All inter connecting piping is done by orbital welding with high purity argon gas and welding joints can be iinspected with Boroscopy machine.
