Testing of TLB PUMP for functionality at EOL in the assembly process.
Connection of PUMP in the Specially designed Fixture and manifold with three hydraulic clamps.
Internal connection of all delivery, return, relief, Torque suction and delivery ports of the TLB Pump.
Engagement of Pump with vertically hydraulic driven AC motor.
Testing with online monitoring & Logging of Flow and pressure at variable RPM with propositionally controlled pressure.
Checking of relief valve cracking pressure.
