Impact Pulverizer is versatile machine to pulverize soft, medium and hard materials like Neem Fruits / Seeds and other ingredients.

Pulveriser machine grinds gram dal(Pulses) flour of papad, turmeric, harad behada. Big Pulveriser machine can grind chemical mineral, coal, Bauxite, Gypsum Ayurvedic, medicinal plants (Jadi Buti ), Neem seeds etc.

Pulverizer machine has a gear box. The gear box helps in feeding the materials to grinding chamber through hopper.

Material grind in this machine is first collected in the bag, and the dust is collected in the dust collector.

The capacity and mesh are approximately only and depends upon the nature of the material to be pulverized.

There are 9 models of this machine.

It is having processing chamber, cyclone for Dust collection. Body is provided with water cooling Jacket to retain original flavor and quality ingredients. Being impact Hammer type any Solid degradable material can be grinded. Neem powder for urea coating can be produced by mix grinding of Neem cake';s & Kernels. Impact Pulverizers Capacity is 25 to 100 kg/Hr are being manufactured.
