The Pulverizer hammer Mill can be used to grind following materials: Light Minerals, Spices, Vegetables, Roots, Animal Feed, Cereals, Herbs, Coffee, Malt, Soya Beans, Coffee Seed, Dye stuff
The Pulverizer is supplied as a self-contained unit. The main shaft is supported on ball bearings and carries the rotors disc, on which are pivoted the steel hammers. The main casing is of a special MS iron. The special alloy steel hammers are made reversible so that they can be turned round when the leading face is worn out. This type of construction provides a long lifetime of operation.
Pulverizer is an economical machine for general all-purpose work. It can be used for fine grinding of soft, medium as well as hard materials. The basic grinding unit is built for continuous production depending on necessity. Its efficiency depends largely on mounting feed material discharge control, and removal of ground material.
