Project Execution

Conduct, chair & minute regular Project meetings including Consultants and architect, the client representatives etc. Coor-dinate all vendors with client requirements issue weekly and monthly project progress reports in formets acceptable by Client.

The continual direction and control of the team of consultants and architect throughout the construction of the project, at both project and site meetings, with the objective of achieving the completion of all work within the approved program and budg-eted costs.
