Currently with an installed capacity of 25,000 MT annually of cleaning, processing, packaging and distributing grain products the company also handles distribution of packaged food products providing the best quality products as per the demand of buyers with international standards of packaging in consumer packs and the Product range includes all types of Spices, Flours, Cereals, Peas, Edible oil and other Agro Food products.
We are committed to serving over a few thousand of our retail and wholesale customers in the Indian subcontinent and over five hundred buyers across the world who have patronized us for our quality products delivered at competitive prices. These customers have with over four decades of active association with our former group companies created a highly synergistic relationship in the food sector.
A Legacy
The directors of the company hail from several sectors and they carry on the legacy of the Late Shri Prabhudayal Agrawal, Indore who with his incessant adherence to quality products created several hugely successful brands in the Indian pulse market (SK & Surya brand) which became few of the best recognized brands in the central and north Indian wholesale pulse market and also lead the way for consumer pack of 5 Kgs & 10 Kgs for Processed Pulses in 1984 as a Dall miller at Indore.
Our founder’s adherence to customer service permitted our cotton plant to serve three of the world’s largest cotton firms Cotton Corporation of India, Maharashtra Cotton Federation & Manjit Cotton and numerous other customers by pioneering the culture of automated cotton processing plants catering to both in-house and third party processing needs at the biggest raw-cotton processing hub of India at Sendhwa in the year 1990.
Starting with a pulse trading firm (Shiv Shankar Trading company) in the early sixties in central India the group began processing beans and lentils for the Indian market in the seventies and set the stage for creating one of the largest pulse milling centers in the world at Indore and Jalgaon. The highly market and product centric approach of the promoters brought the capacity of the group to over 50,000 metric tons of pulse products through imports from over 10 countries and exports to every single country in the world that consumed Indian pulse products.
With the changing trade scenario and government policies, UB Foods Pvt Ltd was formed to process and distribute over 50 types of Agro Food Products under its processing stream and serving the needs of our valued customers. Though we are at present a small company with the ability to meet customer demands at great pace our goal is to create a large scale integrated Food processing and packaging firm and we are confident that the support of our hundreds former distributors worldwide would allow us to achieve this objective.
