We print PVC using Rotagravure printing machines. We have a wide range of over 200 designs to suit various end uses. We can also make custom made designs to promote your product or brand.

We print opaque, translucent and Clear PVC. We also supply printed PVC laminated on non woven polypropylene.(our brand name Klassic). Also available with pearlized colours, fluorescent colours and twin colour effects.

Colour : Base film plus 5 colours
Thickness : 0.06 mm to 0.30 mm
Width : Maximum upto 54 inches
Packing : Can be supplied as per our standard packing or in jumbo rolls . Cut pieces packed in Cartons can also be supplied.

APPLICATIONS OF PRINTED PVC: Stationery ( files & folders), rainwear, shower curtains,table covers, jewel boxes, toys & inflatables, lamination on polyester or other fabric, bus bodies , bags, suit & saree covers, baby diapers, packaging, pouches for travelling & cosmetics, compass boxes, promotional items, coasters, menu cards , luggage tags, advertising material etc.

PVC Converters (I) Pvt Ltd began commercial operations in Daman in the year 2000, and is backed by a legacy that spans six decades in the field of PVC films.
We are currently processing over a thousand tonnes every month. We have three calendaring lines of which two are brand new. Of these one line is exclusively used for manufacturing Clear transparent and super clear PVC film. We are planning to commission a new line in near future to augment our capacity.
Our calendering lines are complimented with printing machines and laminators which enables us to offer a wide range of products to our customers. The product mix currently includes Plain and Printed PVC in thickness ranging from 30 microns to 800 microns in width upto 72 inches.
Customers rely on us to get the best quality consistently. All raw materials and finished products undergo stringent quality checks before entering or exiting the factory premises.
Our focus on quality and consistency is one of the main reasons for its growth in the local as well as international market.
