Poor health facilities are a major concern at Gangasagar. Only one rural hospital is situated in this Island. A huge number of patients do not get proper treatment. As a result mortality rate is higher. A great number of peoples are suffering from various chronic diseases. To cater to the basic health need of the poor people we establish Premananda Nursing School to empower women to learn basic Nursing and earn their livelihood this is a major step.PREMANANDA NURSING SCHOOL since 2017 is putting best of its effort to provide help and support to underprivileged community for its empowerment in terms of offering best of primary education, vocational training & placement, educational & career counseling , relentlessly working for the upliftment of the underprivileged with a single motto “SARVO JAN HITAYA” Premananda Nursing School is a Vocational training Centre for skill development of youth and for women empowerment of under privileged area , the school is continuously consolidating the system and adding innovative curriculum and increasing effectiveness. We not just believe in formal EDUCATION , but in an excellent intellectual qualification to develop skilled student and good responsible citizen. Our school has come to be known as the destination of choice for aspirants who want work in health care related field in various organization in west Bengal or outside of west Bengal.
