Prefabricated Structures

Providing and fixing of Polyurethane Foam sandwiched between Pre-painted Galvanized Steel sheets with panel thickness of 50mm short Rib configuration for extra strength with off white colour. The panel type will be tongue and groove with density of 40+-2 kg/m3. The Panels are unique tongue-n-groove joinery for air tight, effective panel to panel interlocking that is easy to install and provide effective sealing. High quality silicone sealant of white color will be applied thoroughly at each and every part of the structure in order to make it leak proof and properly sealed.
Fully reinforced 75 x 75, 40 x 80 and 50 x 50 pipe structure comprising of trusses and purnals, welded with MIG welding machines shall be fabricated. The structure is duly chemically treated for thorough cleaning and thereafter painted with primer for best holding of the top coat.
Supply and fixing of ‘L’ shaped pre painted Flashing of size (35x35mm), (50x50mm) and (70x90mm) as and if required for covering each and every corner complete with riveting.
Supply and fixing of ‘U’ shaped (50x52x50) pre painted Flashing for covering each and every part pertaining to doors, windows and other parts wherever applicable complete with riveting.
Windows : Suitable sizes Aluminum windows with metal frame and aluminum leafs shall be provided with welded bars for safety.
Electricals :

• 1.5sq.mm wire of ISI / reputed make shall be provided with casing and capping.
• Tube Lights with plug and socket shall be provided as per requirements.
