Principale Working :
Pulse Jet Type Dust Collectors, are to collect the very fine particles, consist a series of filter bags with very fine openings for air escape and retaining the dust very efficiently.
There is a unique cleaning system for the surface of these bags. Compressed air at a very high pressure is being injected through nozzles from the reverse side of air flow, in the form of pulses at a regular interval, controlled by solenoid valves and timer (please note that usually compressor is not in our scope of supply).
The production capacity and H.P depends on the physical properties and particle size of the material and are subject to variation in all the above machines.
