Precast Boundary Wall is designed using the latest technology and thus fulfils all the modern fencing requirements. The boundary wall is sturdy, lean and more durable as compared to the other kinds of walls. Also it is more economical and time saving as compare to the conventional boundary wall. The Pre Stress Precast Boundary Wall that we design comprises Pre stress poles and pre stress panels. The panels and poles are constructed of high tensile carbonized steel wires and high grade concrete (M-25) with pre stress technology in manually plants. They are then cured till 15 days in controlled manner. After curing, they are transported to construction site. The loading and unloading is manually done as each panel on an average weighs 73 kgs.
Installation Procedure

  • At site, the poles can be erected on footing foundation or on pile foundation; depending upon the type of soil and water table. If it is lighter than traditional BW (approximately 1/3 in weight) the size of footing can be taken less.
  • After concrete gets strength, the joints between foundation and pole(Generally 48 hrs) the panels will be fixed between two poles in tongs and groove fashion. The Panel Will be fixed40mm - 40mm between Two Poles In Groov of Poles. The joints between two panels and the gap between pole and panel will be filled with rich cement mortar.

(You may fix Y angle for barbed wire fencing over PSPC BW.)


Traditional Boundary Wall V/s Pre Stressed Pre Cast Boundary Wall

  • Traditional Boundary Wall : 1.80 meter height 150 mm thick both side plastered brick masonry wall supported by RCC beam 200mm by 200mm and tied by RCC columns and a RCC lintel beam of 200mm by 100mm size.
  • Pre Stressed Pre Cast Boundary Wall : 1.80 meter height 50mm thick boundary wall made by 50mm thick Pre stress Pre cast concrete panels supported by Pre stress Pre cast concrete columns 150mm by 150mm size.

Cleaning Moisture absorbed in plastered surface attracts dust, fungus, algid, plants etc, requires periodically cleaning and re-painting. No special cleaning required, only washing can make your BW new again. PSPC BW save cleaning cost
