• Electrical and utility lines can be hiding inside the panel duct.
• All the corners will be coved to R70 with Aluminium/PVC and floor coving will be Epoxy coving and flooring will be 2mm thk self level.
• AHU & Ducting will be installed outside nearby to cater the fresh air and re-circulated chilled air.
