Sanvi Polyfab is a brand name engaged in manufacturing of fabrics in roll for form. Sanvi Polyfab offers a wide range of industrial grade clean PP fabric. We currently export about 400 tons of PP woven fabric to Europe, Africa & South America. Our PP fabric is manufactured considering the meticulous procedures for quality control by maintaining the strict quality standards, making sure the customer receives the quality polypropylene fabric with right technical constructions and minimum defect.

1. PP WOVEN FABRIC ROLL/CIRCULAR WOVEN PP FABRIC/TABULAR PP FABRIC-

SANVI POLYFAB exports about 350 metric tons of PP tabular. The countries where PP circular fabric is exported are Spain, South America, Africa.

We export the PP circular light and heavy weight fabric which are mainly used for the manufacturing of PP bags/sacks by 100 % customized PP fabric including size, GSM, color, constructions and all the parameters as per required specifications.

Applications of PP woven fabric roll =

1. Manufacturing of PP bags/sacks

2. Making of the bales wrap, box bags, PP courier bags, PP perforated bags.

3. Manufacturing of accessories fabric used in making the FIBC bags such as duffle tops/bottom & the skirts & the bottom and top flaps.

§  GSM = 40 GSM TO 250 GSM

§  Mesh = 6 * 6 (minimum 1000 denier material required)

§  Denier = 550 to 1200

§  Fabric color = White/ Natural/ With strip of different colors (Only If bulk & regular order)/

                          As per customer requirements & purely customized (If bulk & regular order)

§  UV stabilization = Offered on request

2. LAY FLAT WOVEN FABRIC/ SULZER PP FABRIC =

SANVI POLYFAB exports about 50 metric tons of PP flat woven fabric. The countries where the PP flat woven fabric is exported are Spain, Turkey, Belgium, Greece, Mexico, South America & Africa.

We export PP flat/ Sulzer light and heavy fabric which are mainly used for the manufacturing of FIBC/ Jumbo bags/ Bulk bags & Tarpaulins by providing 100 % customized PP fabric including size, GSM, color, constructions & all parameters as per required specifications.
