Our Chain Driven Roller Conveyor used for conveying in a variety of industries, in light to medium duty pallet handling. It produces a positive drive that aids in many manufacturing processes. Its roll-to-roll chain drive makes it ideal for light and medium duty pallet handling in oily conditions unsuitable for belt driven live roller conveyor.

Specifications:

• Side Frame: 10 SWG thick formed steel channel frame or MS Pipe (A, B, C Class based on Conveyor Load) or ISMC Channel for Heavy Load like Transformer Conveying powder coated paint.
• Overall Frame Widths: 18″, 20″, 22″, 24″, 26″, 28″, 30″, 34″, 36″, 40″, & 42″
• Chain Driven Rollers
• Rollers-2-1/8″ dia. x 1/8″ wall unplated tread rollers spaced every 4″, 6″, 8″, or 12″
• Motor-1/2 HP standard-3/4 HP to 5 HP available
• Capacity-Maximum load per liner foot of conveyor; 75 lbs, not to exceed rated capacities. Maximum conveyor length; 100 ft.
• Center Drive-can be placed in any section of conveyor length
• Drive Chain-#50 roller chain
