Power Transmission Belts are generally used in drives and shafts that are not axially aligned. Therefore, to achieve an optimum power transmission; belts and pulleys are specifically designed to meet the industry standards. Dharam® Power Transmission belts are off-the-shelf products as well as custom made to suit individual machine needs. These belts are designed to bring optimum performance during operations and can cope up with extra overloads, shock absorbing capability, longevity, prevents residual elongation and ease of installation. All Power transmission belts have Polyamide (Nylon) as a traction (Middle) layer with wide range of rubber covers on both sides.
Such Power Transmission belts are best suited for Open drives, tangential drives, multiple pulley drives, live roller drives and double sided power transmission. Following is the diverse range* of power transmission belts that are designed, developed and continuously tested for longevity.
