MOSFET/IGBT Four firing board, the firing board provides isolation to the controller board from the high voltage MOSFET switches. Four firing board is an ideal isolation solution for H-bridge and cascaded H-Bridge boards.
Features
• Requires only one transformer for isolation per H-Bridge MOSFET board.
• Input Firing Pulse upto 200 Khz.
• Can drive any MOSFET or IGBT with 12V Vgs.
Specifications
• 6N137 opto coupler and IR2110 MOSFET driver based gate firing reduces the isolation transformer count by 4:1.
• Inverted Logic input ensures weaker microcontroller IOs can also drive the MOSFETs.
