operator required to loading & unloading the bottles / bags manually on the filling machine platform below the filling funnel. as soon as the magnetic clutch starts to rotate which is mounted on the augur shaft. it will fill the desire pre set volume of powder to the bottles through augur screw. bottle guide is provided for precisely match of centering of bottle below augur to avoid spillage of powder on bottle. after completion of filling the bottles passes for the cap sealing.

it is compact machine, self supported on s.s. legs, with height adjustment. the machine is precisely built on sturdy welded s.s.. frame. the powder filling unit is mounted on the pillars is supported by top plate with height adjustments.
