KSG Machine is a flexible pouch converting machine capable of converting:

Pet Food Bags
Side Gusset
Standup Pouch with Bottom Gusset or Inserted Bottom Gusset (2 or 3 Webs)
Coffee Bags
1, 2, and 3 Side Gusset
Centre Seal with or without Gusset
2 or 3 Side Seal (One or Two Webs)
Security Bags with Zipper or special Inserted Pocket with all the pouches they are providing Tear Notch, Hang Hole and Euro Hole. Also they have added new bag design as a standard with their machine i.e. Bag in Bag (PE floating layer) for increased strength without the added material thickness

Specialty Pouches
Spouted and outgassing valves can be added to standard machine Chicken bag punching easily added. Also available with string zipper
Rotary valve application system

Section space in rear unwind or main machine section
Speed 40-60 valves/round spout (nozzles) per minute
