A portable wet scrubber a device used to remove pollutants, particulate matter from industrial processes, emissions, or confined spaces. Function of Portable wet scrubber accessories: 

1.Fan or Blower: A portable wet scrubber typically includes a fan or blower that helps draw contaminated air into the scrubber for treatment. The fan creates airflow within the system.

2.Inlet/Intake: The contaminated air is introduced into the scrubber through an inlet or intake port. This is the point where the air enters the system for treatment.

3.Scrubbing Chamber: The heart of the scrubber is the scrubbing chamber. In this chamber, the contaminated air is exposed to a liquid (usually water or another suitable solvent) that captures and neutralizes the pollutants. The liquid can be in the form of a spray or a wetted surface.

4.Packing Material or Scrubbing Media: Within the scrubbing chamber, there is often a packing material or scrubbing media. This material increases the surface area for contact between the contaminated air and the liquid, enhancing the scrubbing efficiency.

5.Mist Eliminator: After the contaminated air has passed through the scrubbing chamber, a mist eliminator or demister is used to remove any liquid droplets from the cleaned air stream before it is discharged. This ensures that the treated air is as dry as possible.

6.Liquid Recirculation System: Portable wet scrubbers typically include a system for recirculating and reusing the scrubbing liquid. This can include a pump and a reservoir to maintain a constant supply of scrubbing liquid.

7.Outlet/Exhaust: The Cleaned air is discharged through an outlet or exhaust port once it has passed through the scrubber and mist eliminator. The treated air should meet regulatory emissions standards.

8.Controls: Portable wet scrubbers come with control systems that allow operators to adjust the flow rate of the scrubbing liquid and other parameters to optimize the scrubbing efficiency.
