Poppet Valves

Schrader 5/2 double poppet valves are unique range of  valves which are robust by design and are used in wide range of  applications for several decades. These poppet valves are designed to give long and trouble free service under the most arduous conditions.

Poppet valves design is marked by high flow capacity, shorter switching distance giving it faster response time and self  cleaning properties. This is due to the fact that as the poppet shifts away from the face, the entire annular area between  the face and the poppet is available for air flow. The air flowing over the poppet seal carries  with it any dust or dirt particles, thus cleaning the seal. Hence poppet valves are suitable for use in dusty atmosphere and for high frequency operation. These poppet valves can be operated upto a cycle time of  500 cycles/min
