Polyurethane Paints

Tuff Coats PU-101 Paint is the two-component system, designed to cross link at room temperature. Base component is an acrylic polyurethane i. e. Hydroxyl Functional Acrylic copolymer (pigmented) which reacts with blocked Aliphatic Polyisocynate adduct (second component) to form tough film with outstanding durability, chemical & weather resistance. The system also gives excellent gloss and color retention properties.
An effective Top Coat for petrochemical refinery and fertilizer industries. The system is useful for maintenance coating, structural coating as well as for floor coating. Because of rapid curing at room temperature and excellent toughness and abrasion resistance, resistance to heat, oil, Alcohol Acid & salty weather, as it has excellent adhesion to any kind of substrate like metal, wood, FRP, ABS plastics, castings, the system gives wide range of application in Aircraft finishes, transport finishes, and chemical industries.
