we are pleased to announce the start of commercial production of our fully automatic extrusion sheet line.
we can extrude pp & hdpe sheets from 2 to 20 mm thickness.
we also manufacture compression moulded sheets from 10 to 100 mm thickness in pp, hdpe & hm. production schedule of the sheets are:
compression moulded : 1230 x 2150 - 10 to 100 mm thickness
1230 x 4330 - 10 to 100 mm thickness
pp, hdpe & hmhdpe
extruded sheet : 1250 x 2000 - 0.5mm to 30mm thickness
pp & hdpe
ppgl sheets : thk 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 6mm & 8mm thickness with one side cloth/fabric
extruded sheets of higher lengths can be made available on bulk requirement. we can also supply you pp sheets for glow sign boards in 1 mm thickness. the features and its application are mentioned hereunder for your ready reference:
