Denier Range : 400-3500. Tenacity (Strength) : 5.5-6.5 GPD. Twist : 70- 100 TPM Specific Gravity : The specific gravity of PPMFY is 0.91, which is lower than Nylon or Polyester. So under the same weight conditions, one gets more length of PP MF yarns compared to Nylon or Polyester. Color Fastness : Through dope dyed process, we can offer you bright and attractive colors with U.V. stabilized. Cleanliness : PPMF Yarns has low moistening characteristics. So it is very easy to clean. Chemical Resistance : In normal temperature, it gives excellent resistance to Alkali and Acids.

The company “BONUS PLASTICS Pvt Ltd” –was established in the year 1988 to manufacture PP Multifilament Yarn in 400/ 600 / 840 / 1000 / 1200 / 2000 /2500 /3000 Deniers in Natural as well as 20 other standard shades – all Bright as well as dull colors as per customer’s requirement. This yarn finds applications to further manufacture GEO TEXTILES, FILTER FABRICS, WOVEN SACKS STITCHING ,PP WEBBINGS [ BELTS / STRAPS ], BRAIDS, THREADS etc. Presently our installed capacity in yarn is 100 Metric Tons per month.
We have installed Extrusion lines of Imported High Tenacity Polypropylene Multifilament Yarn manufacturing unit with the help of which, we can manufacture good quality yarn with minimum denier variation. The company has also installed 35 sophisticated imported HIGH SPEED NEEDLE LOOMS to manufacture Narrow Woven Fabrics from – POLYPROPYLENE, POLYESTER, NYLON etc.
These Narrow Woven Fabrics – BELTS are widely used in / as SOFT LUGGAGE BAGS, SCHOOL BAGS, THERMOWARE, TROUSER BELTS, CAMERA BELTS, SAFETY BELTS, GARMENTS, FOOTWEAR STRAPS etc The company can weave belts from 5 mm to 110 mm in width and from 0.5 mm to 3.0 mm in thickness. The production capacity is 12.0 million meters per year.
Both the products are sold under the brand name “BONUS” and are very popular in India for its QUALITY, FINISH, STRENGTH, WEAVES, COLORS, and DESIGNS etc.
