Polypropylene Mats are made out of plastic waste which has a long procedure. We recycle the plastic waste. Which is also known as road side waste. First we grind the road side waste color wise and then we wash it using caustic soda, then this waste is recycled using ext-ruder in granules form, after this procedure the next step comes is we again extrude the granules and make small pipes out of it which then goes for weaving in the looms. This is the procedure of making mats.
