H.DP.E. / P.P. 3 Piece Design Ball Valve Ball Valve designed in three piece is made corrosion resistant Polypropylene with PTFE (Teflon) seat and seal are very economical, reliable and ideal for present process Industries.
Being 3 piece Ball Valve, it has a definite advantage over the Union type threaded connection valves according to the latest pumping systems.
Ball Valves are fitted with M. S. Studs directly moulded with P.P. as a result not a single part which is prone to corrosion is exposed to any Chemicals. Hence they are ideal for Acids, Alkalis, Solvents, Water, Oil and Gases.
Ball Valves are full-port type providing 100% flow and are trusted up to 150 lbs/10 Kg. Per sq cm2. They can be used up to 1000c to 1100c for frequent process. It also stands with external and internal loads of the pipe line.
