Polyester Duplex Webbing Slings

We manufacture polyester duplex webbing slings upto 30 tons capacity confirming to asme b30.9 standard. These slings are made on state-of-art machines and are regularly tested for the quality on fully computerized hydraulic test bed as per international standards.
webbing slings are made of webbing made from high tenacity polyester yarn. These slings are color coded (as per en-1492-1) for ease of identification. These are available in many configurations as simplex, duplex, triplex, quadraplex and endless, with soft eyes as well as a variety of lifting hardware can be fitted on to ends as per buyers instructions.
simplex slings are manufactured from single layer of webbing, whereas duplex slings are manufactured from two layers of webbing and we have capability to stitch four layers of webbing together. The ends of slings are normally soft eyes reinforced with protective webbing, and length of eyes are provided as recommended by the international standards to prevent sling failure from the eye loops.
