Mild steel contains 0.05–0.25% carbon making it malleable and ductile. It has a relatively low tensile strength and small percentage of carbon also known as low-carbon steel making it strong and tough. It is often used when large quantities of steel are needed, for example as structural steel. The density of mild steel is approximately 7.85 g/cm3 (7850 kg/m3 and the Young's modulus is 200 GPa (29,000,000 psi). Our Mild Steel Pipes are available as seamless, welded and ERW (ERW stands for Electric Resistance Welded) pipes.

Square Steel Pipes are used for structural purposes, special piping systems , architectural work, and many other general purpose fabrication works. In order to form the square steel section the mother tube, a round steel tube, has to be formed first. From a round tube rolls are used that progressively press the round tube into a square hollow section.

ERW Tubes manufacturing process involves spot and seam welding where the sides are trimmed to control the width and the condition the edges for welding. It is then passed through a number of contoured rollers which cold form the stainless steel into a tube. ERW stands for Electric Resistance Welding.
