A visible sheet polarizer of 25mm clear aperture is mounted in divided circle assembly of 90 mm diameter. A short arm provides a smooth manual control of polarizer and scale through 360° rotation. A knob locks the polarizer and scale in position. A control orientation may be read to one degree.
