‘Flowell’ offers complete range of Double Acting and fail safe Single Acting Spring Return Actuators. These can be used for automation of quarter turn valves such as Ball, Butterfly, Plug Valves, dampers and other parts requiring 90 Degree Actuation.

Rack & Pinion Design with Anti Blow out Proof Pinion
Both Double Acting and Spring Return Fail Safe Actuator available.
Hard Anodised Aluminum Body.
Pinion Made of Nickle plated alloy steel.
Trouble Free Life for more than 5,00,000 Operations
Double acting can be converted to Single Acting by just adding Springs.
Actuator Factory Lubricated for Normal Life.
Actuator Sizing for Inlet Air Supply from 2.5 Bar to 8 Bar.
Standard Temperature Range -20 oC to 80 oC.
Can also be supplied with Viton Seals for temperature 150oC
Namur Mountings for mounting of Solenoid Valve, Limit Switch
ISO Drilling Suitable for Direct Mounting on ISO Pad

CCW

As shown in the Figure CCW the compressed air is given from the Port A, the left and right plungers move reversely, the output pinion rotates counter-clockwise, and the air at the sides of the both plungers exhausts from B.

As shown in the Figure CCW the compressed air is given from the Port B, the left and right plungers move to the center, the output pinion rotates clockwise, and the air between the two plungers exhausts from A.

Have adjustment range of ±5°for the rotation at 0°and 90°
