TPU  Pneumatic Rod Seals, Color : Green、Blue

EU rod seal for piston rods in pneumatic cylinders combines three functions: sealing-wiping-fixing.
Produced based on the PU material, our EU seals perform an absolute sealing with its dynamic nutring sealing lips and its joint dust lips. Being used safely for all pneumatic cylinders.
Pneumatic seals are using compressed air to seal the gap of the rotating shaft without leaking the working medium. The annular groove is machined on the casing. And the gap of the rotating shaft is blocked by the compressed air to prevent leakage of lubricating oil.

Installation
It can be assembled into closed groove with tight hand force. EU Seal does not need additional element such as circlip for axial fitting within the housing. We recommend using special assembly tool. It is very important that the assembly tools must be of soft material and have no sharp edges. Before installation the sealing element must be oiled with system oil.   All our seals are packed and sealed at the point of manufacture to ensure the highest quality. They are stored out of sunlight and kept in a temperature controlled environment until dispatch.
