Pneumatic Indexing Machine can be used for product filling, valve insertion, crimping and gassing. Indexing machine is an extremely economical machine suited to a wide range of working operations.

The machine works on suction blasting principle as a suction blaster. Blast cabinet is fitted with a bearing mounted indexing turntable, with number of indexing positions. One indexing satellite stands outside the blast cabinet for job loading and unloading while other satellites stands inside the blast cabinet. (one in blasting operation and others are in queue) the indexing turntable is driven by a geared drive. It has indexing movement i.e. after 90 degree or specified rotation, the turntable stops in such a way that satellite having work piece, comes under the blasting area. After the required deburring is obtained, the indexing table rotates again by specified degree so that the next satellite having new job for blasting to come under the blasting area and blasted job comes to loading and unloading area.

Blasting is obtained on satellites by suction blasting principle. Air moving through the gun draws media into the blast gun mixing chamber. The media mixes with the air and is propelled out the nozzle. After striking the object being blasted, the blast media, along with fines, dust, and byproducts generated by blasting, fall through the grate into the cabinet hopper. These particles are drawn into the reclaimer for separation. Dust andfines are first separated from the reusable blast media. Next the media is screened of oversize particles, and returned to the reclaimer hopper for reuse. Dust and fines are drawn from the reclaimer into the dust collector which traps the dust, discharging clean air
