ruby mica® pet / mica tape is a lamination of pet film and calcined muscovite mica paper.the self-adhesive version has excellent tackiness due to the presence of an uncured pressure sensitive resin on polyester film side. The ldpe film interleaving acts as a separator preventing the tape interlayers from sticking to each other. Non-adhesive version is tack-free and cornes without ldpe interleaving. Pm tape is available for both class f & class h applications.
an additional layer of pet film may also be laminated on top of mi. Paper.this pmp tape has an increased dielectric value, better tensile strength, and easier workability.
