The Palas® condensation particle counter PMP-CPC is a CPC for measurement of particle number concentration in exhaust gases according to PMP-requirements. The PMP-CPC can be used with a cut-off at 23 nm as well as at 4 nm. Usually the CPC is used with a cut-off at 23 nm for measurements of exhaust gases. This way volatile and semi-volatile nanoparticles are excluded from the measurement. The combination with the PMPD 100 or PMPD 1000 dilution system leads to a full-value measurement system for exhaust gases to determine particle number concentrations.
