• Add a few drops of Nuvotone Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil to your preferred career oil and massage on your body to get relief from muscle aches, back pain and muscle knots.

• Add a few drops to a diffuser or simply add a few drops on a tissue paper or cotton, to lift your spirits and rewind after a hard day.

• Add a few drops of Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil to your bath water to soothe body pains and help your mind and body relax.

• Add 2 drops to your regular hair oil and lightly massage onto your scalp. Shampoo after 2-3 hours to reduce dandruff and itchiness.
